At Into Archive, we curate rare and vintage pieces that deserve a permanent home in your collection. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible archival items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive an automated Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Archive

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact, and place it back in the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our curators verify the item's condition, your store credit or exchange will be processed and issued via email within 5-7 business days.
