Givenchy 1970s Rainbow Stripe Silk Maxi Dress and Shawl Set

From a 1970s Givenchy collection, this set is made from multicoloured silk. It features a flowing maxi dress with spaghetti straps, ruffled neckline, and a matching dramatic ruffle-trimmed cape. The dress has delicate spaghetti straps and ruffle trim at the neckline and hem. The matching ruffle-trimmed cape/shawl completes the look and can be styled in multiple ways. It is lined in cobalt blue silk; this piece closes at the side with a hidden zipper and snaps. It has very minimal signs of vintage use.
